Jinli Permanent Magnetic (06680.HK) completes the issuance of USD 117.5 million convertible bonds.

Wisdom Financial News App, King Permanent Magnet (06680.HK) announced that it plans to issue $117.5 million in secured convertible bonds due in 2030. The bonds can be converted into H shares at a conversion price of HK$21.38 per share, subject to the terms and conditions. All the preconditions of the subscription agreement for the subscribed bonds have been met, and $117.5 million in principal amount of bonds were issued on August 4, 2025.
