China Nuclear Tech stated that its 33.79% equity in Sinofusion (01763.HK) has been transferred without consideration to China National Nuclear Group and has become a direct controlling shareholder.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, China Tongfu (01763.HK) announced that the company has received a notice from its direct controlling shareholder, China Treasure Original Investment Limited Company (China Treasure Original), stating that due to adjustments in business layout and strategic planning, China Treasure Original intends to transfer all 108 million shares of domestic shares it holds (approximately 33.79% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement) to the ultimate controlling shareholder of the company, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC).
