Jin Yi Culture (002721.SZ) signs termination agreement with Wukesong Culture and Sports Center.

The Zhidao Financial APP reports that Jin Yi Culture (002721.SZ) announced that the company has reached an agreement with Beijing Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center") on the termination of the lease for the company's original office location and signed relevant agreements. By mutual agreement, the original contract will terminate on July 31, 2025. The company shall settle all expenses that have been incurred but not yet paid under the original contract (including but not limited to water and electricity charges), and the previously paid contract guarantee deposit of 737,500 yuan will not be refunded by Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center; in addition, the company shall pay a total of 1.3717 million yuan as liquidated damages for six months of rent to Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center. Considering that the original contract guarantee deposit of 345,400 yuan has not been refunded, after offsetting, the company shall pay the remaining amount of 1.0263 million yuan to Wukesong Cultural and Sports Center.
