Green Channel Technology (301322.SZ) plans to acquire controlling stake in Daimo Semiconductor to achieve diversified business layout.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Ltng Kj (301322.SZ) announced that the company plans to use the raised funds of 450 million yuan to acquire a total of 46.9167% equity stake in Jiangsu Damo Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. ("Damo Semiconductor") held by Qiao Xiaodan, Sun Qingya, Wang Jian'an, Nanjing Xinneng Semiconductor Technology Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Lizhuoxin Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), and Shanghai Yikun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. On the basis of the above-mentioned equity transfer, the company will use the raised funds of 80 million yuan to increase the capital of Damo Semiconductor and obtain a 7.6923% equity stake after the capital increase. The total amount of the above-mentioned transactions using the raised funds will be 530 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company will hold a total of 51% equity stake in Damo Semiconductor, and the target company will become a subsidiary of the company and be included in the consolidated financial statements.
