Green Channel Technology: plans to acquire a 53 million yuan stake in DaMo Semiconductor.

Green Channel Technology announced that it plans to use the excess funds of 450 million yuan to acquire a total of 46.9167% equity held by Qiao Xiaodan, Sun Qingya, Wang Jianan, Jiangsu Dama Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lizhuoxin Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Yikun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. After the aforementioned equity transfer, using the excess funds of 80 million yuan to increase the capital of Dama Semiconductor and obtain an additional 7.6923% equity, the total amount of excess funds used in the above transactions will be 530 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold a total of 51% equity in Dama Semiconductor, making the target company a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company and included in the consolidated financial statements of the listed company. Dama Semiconductor's main business is semiconductor front-end measurement equipment and technical services, and it is expected to maintain a growth trend in the next three years. The acquisition will help Green Channel Technology achieve strategic transformation and industrial upgrading.
