Xi'an Bank announcement, on August 4th, the bank found out through inquiries that Xi'an Qujiang Cultural Industry Venture Capital Limited has completed the procedure to release the 857,200 shares of the bank that were pledged. The announcement states that Xi'an Qujiang Cultural holds 101 million shares of Xi'an Bank, accounting for 2.26% of the bank's total share capital. The release of shares this time by Xi'an Qujiang Cultural accounts for 0.85% of its holding of Xi'an Bank shares and 0.02% of the total number of shares of the bank. The bank stated that after the partial release of pledged shares by Xi'an Qujiang Cultural this time, the remaining number of pledged shares is 49.1428 million, accounting for 48.84% of its holding of the company's shares and 1.11% of the total number of company shares.
