The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP reported that Shandong Guoxin (01697.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Chen Xuebin (Mr. Chen) was elected as a non-executive director of the company at the extraordinary general meeting. The company recently received a reply from the Shandong Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration Administration on the qualification for the directorship of Mr. Chen Xuebin at Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. (Ref: Lujinfu [2025] No. 314), based on which, Mr. Chen will serve as a non-executive director of the company starting from July 30, 2025.
