On August 3rd, a visitor reported that a performer dressed as "Tigger" at Shanghai Disneyland fell to the ground, causing public concern. A video posted by a visitor showed the performer in the "Tigger" costume lying on the ground, with several staff members and visitors helping to fan and cool them down. It was noted that according to "Shanghai Weather Report" on August 3rd, the hot weather returned with daytime temperatures reaching 34-35C. On August 4th, a spokesperson for Shanghai Disneyland responded to the incident, stating that after the "Tigger" performer fell ill, on-site staff and park nurses immediately took them to the nearest medical room for a check-up and monitored them frequently during their rest. The current condition of "Tigger" is stable. The park highly values the health and safety of every Disney friend, and greatly appreciates the concern and assistance from on-site visitors. On the same day, Shanghai Disneyland staff also mentioned, "We will pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling measures for performers, and there will be professionals on-site to take care of our colleagues."
