The Beijing Meteorological Observatory issued a red alert for heavy rain at 13:00 today: It is expected that strong rainfall will occur in Beijing in the afternoon today, with the heaviest rainfall concentrated between 18:00 on the 4th and 05:00 on the 5th, during which the 6-hour rainfall in some areas may exceed 150 millimeters, with some areas exceeding 200 millimeters. The risk of mountain torrents, debris flows, landslides, and other disasters in mountainous and hilly areas is extremely high, and low-lying areas are prone to waterlogging. Please take precautions.
