Yummy Science's net profit after adjustment in the first half of the year was 135 million euros, and revenue remained flat compared to the same period last year.

On August 4th, the financial report for the first half of 2025 released by the Umei Group showed a revenue of 1.8 billion euros, which was the same as the first half of 2024. The group's adjusted EBITA was 302 million euros, adjusted EBITDA was 433 million euros, representing a 25% and 10% increase from the same period last year, respectively. The adjusted net profit was 135 million euros, with an adjusted earnings per share of 0.56 euros. Umei Group confirmed that their full year adjusted EBITDA for 2025 would be in the range of 790 million euros to 840 million euros, in line with the previously raised guidance.
