On the morning of August 4, SouFun Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that a company under the First Trip cornerstone of the Benji Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is participating in the management of the Beijing Pingzhun Infrastructure Real Estate Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (Beijing Pingzun Fund) investment in Huaxia Huadian Clean Energy Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund (Huadian REIT). This investment will further optimize asset allocation, promote ecological protection and the development of a low-carbon economy, and inject fresh energy into the construction of clean energy infrastructure.
