Gansu Province initiates level four emergency response for flood prevention and relief.

According to the "Gansu Province Flood Control and Emergency Response Plan", the Gansu Province Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office has decided to initiate a Level IV emergency response for flood control and anti-flooding in Zhangye City, Wuwei City, Jinchang City, Lanzhou City, Baiyin City, Dingxi City, Linxia Prefecture, Gannan Prefecture, and Lanzhou New District starting at 16:00 on August 3rd.
