Tencent Finance APP News, Daoming Optics (002632.SZ) announced that Ms. Hu Huiling, one of the actual controllers of the company, plans to reduce her holdings through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months from the date of this announcement (excluding the period prohibited by relevant laws and regulations) in the next fifteen trading days (i.e. August 26, 2025-November 25, 2025), with the number of shares not exceeding 3 million shares, i.e. not exceeding 0.48% of the total share capital of the company.
