During the low valley electricity consumption period, the electricity price for residential users with "one household, one meter" in the flood season is 0.175 yuan/kWh, and in the dry and normal water period, the low valley electricity price is 0.2535 yuan/kWh. The electricity consumption during the low valley period is included in the tiered electricity calculation range, and the tiered electricity consumption and tiered price increase standards are implemented according to the current policies of local power grids.
