This year's 10th typhoon, "Bailu," was generated in the southern seas of Japan this morning (August 3). At 11 a.m. this morning, the center of the typhoon was located about 270 kilometers southeast of Tokyo, Japan, with the maximum wind force near the center reaching level 8 (18 meters/second). It is expected that "Bailu" will move rapidly towards the northeast at a speed of 35 kilometers per hour with little change in strength. In the future, "Bailu" will have no impact on the seas of our country.
