Shanxi: 25 measures to promote the development of private economy in the energy sector.

The Energy Bureau of Shanxi Province and the Provincial Development Bureau for Private Economy jointly formulated the "Several Measures to Promote the Development of Private Economy in the Energy Sector in the Province", totaling 25 measures, to guide the development of private economy in promoting the province's energy green and low-carbon transformation and accelerating the construction of a new energy system with Shanxi characteristics. Specific measures include: supporting private enterprises to participate in the construction of charging infrastructure, smart microgrid construction, supporting private enterprises to hold or participate in the construction of incremental distribution network pilot projects; supporting private enterprises to actively participate in the investment and construction of natural gas infrastructure through stock investment; supporting private enterprises to participate in the competitive allocation of wind and solar projects in Shanxi Province, encouraging state-owned enterprises to allocate no less than 10% of project shares to attract private enterprise participation; supporting private enterprises to participate in the supply and investment construction of equipment in national large-scale wind and solar projects such as the New Energy Base Project in the coal mining subsidence area in northern Shanxi.
