On July 31, China International Financial Co., Ltd. announced that due to the actual issuance size not meeting expectations, the company has decided to cancel the issuance of "25 CICC CP006" after reaching an agreement with the underwriting institution. The planned issuance size of this bond was 1.18 billion yuan, with actual subscriptions totaling 1.07 billion yuan, for a term of 75 days, with an issuance date of July 30, 2025. Regarding the reason for the cancellation of the issuance, CICC stated that due to the actual issuance size not meeting expectations, the company has decided to cancel the issuance of this bond after reaching an agreement with the underwriting institution. Any new developments will be disclosed in a timely manner by the company.
