On July 31, the first approved Data Asset ABS "Huaxin-Xinxin-Data Asset Phase 1 Asset Support Special Plan" was issued and established on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The project is sponsored by Nanjing Xinxin Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. as the original equity holder, Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. as the manager and exclusive sales agency. The initial issuance size is 1.337 billion yuan, with a priority face rate of 2.0%, of which 89% of the cash flow comes from data asset pledge loans.
