This delay involves significant and ongoing related transactions, including related receivables loans and green engineering services, material procurement, and sales of new energy vehicles. It also includes the sale of all issued shares of Hui Bao Limited and Flaming Ace Limited to a subsidiary of Anxin Holdings Limited.
