On the evening of July 31, SiQuan New Material announced that the company plans to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors, raising a total of no more than 466 million yuan. After deducting issuance expenses, the raised funds will be used for the SiQuan New Material heat dissipation product project in Vietnam, liquid cooling heat dissipation research and development center project, information system construction project, and supplementary working capital.
