On July 31, Zou Lei, the Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the State Energy Group, met with Ke Ruiwen, the Chairman and Secretary of the Party Group of China Telecom, at the group's headquarters. The two sides held discussions on further deepening cooperation and jointly promoting high-quality development. Zou Lei expressed the hope that the two sides would build on the existing cooperation foundation, further expand cooperation fields, and comprehensively deepen strategic cooperation in areas such as digital empowerment, green computing center construction, and the application of quantum computing in the energy and power industry. Ke Ruiwen stated that he hoped the two sides would deepen cooperation, complement each other's strengths, and deepen cooperation in areas such as core technology research of large-scale models in artificial intelligence, coordination of green electricity and computing power, and the application of quantum computing.
