On July 31, 2025, the country's first approved data asset securitization project, the "Huaxin-Xinxin-Data Asset Phase 1 Asset Support Special Plan," was officially established and issued on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The project is issued by Nanjing Xinxin Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd. as the issuer, Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. as the manager and sales organization, with an initial issuance size of 1.337 billion yuan, a first-tranche face rate of 2.0%, with 89% of cash flow coming from data asset pledged loans. The Shenzhen Data Exchange fully participated in and supported the project to ensure the smooth issuance of the asset securitization project.
