International Industry Announcement, July 29, 2025: Feng Jianfang and Feng Xianzhao have signed a "equity transfer agreement." Feng Jianfang transferred 100% of the equity of Xinjiang Rongneng that he holds to Feng Xianzhao. After the transfer is completed, Feng Xianzhao will hold 100% of the equity of Xinjiang Rongneng. Xinjiang Rongneng holds 22.82% of the company's shares. This change in equity does not involve a change in shares, does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer, and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder. After this change in equity, the actual controller of the company will change from Feng Jianfang to Feng Xianzhao.
