Asia-Pacific Technology: Intends to acquire overseas company equity for 1.533 million euros.

Announcement by Asia-Pacific Technology, in order to accelerate the global high-end manufacturing strategic layout, the company plans to acquire 100% equity of French company Alunited France SAS and Danish company Alunited Denmark A/S for a total of 1.533 million euros through its wholly-owned subsidiary Asia-Pacific Technology Development Co., Ltd. After the completion of this equity acquisition, Asia-Pacific Hong Kong will inject 1.467 million euros for production and operation into the target companies. The source of funds is from the company's own funds or self-raised funds. After this transaction is completed, the company will hold 100% equity of Alunited France SAS and Alunited Denmark A/S through Asia-Pacific Hong Kong.
