The State Council Information Office press conference introduces childcare subsidies: According to the implementation plan of the childcare subsidy system issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, the central government will establish a transfer payment project for shared financial powers called "Childcare Subsidy Grant Funding."
