Ministry of Veterans Affairs: Our country continues to promote the improvement and upgrading of work for veterans.

The State Council Information Office held a series of themed press conferences this morning on "High-Quality Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan." A responsible person from the Ministry of Veterans Affairs introduced that since the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan for Services and Guarantees for Veterans," the main indicators have been smoothly implemented. Among them, mandatory indicators such as the resettlement rate of veterans have been achieved on schedule; expected indicators such as veterans service centers and martyr memorial facilities have been steadily implemented, with some exceeding the targets. Up to now, a total of 438 rehabilitation hospitals and honor homes have been supported, and a national comprehensive database for veterans has been established. The integrated service model for veterans' services has been implemented, effectively improving the level of service guarantee, and creating a new situation for veterans' work.
