Guo Yanhong, deputy director of the National Health Commission, stated at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office on July 30 that the childcare subsidy policy is coordinated to ensure fairness. The childcare subsidy is not divided by urban and rural areas, ethnicity, or regions, nor is it divided by whether the family has one child, two children, or three children. It aims to achieve comprehensive coverage of family support under the three-child fertility policy, ensuring that eligible infants and young children can enjoy equal subsidy treatment.
