He is the 64th person to surrender among the "100 most-wanted fugitives" since the launch of the "Sky Net Action". Liang Jinwen, male, born in February 1954, is the 99th on the "100 most-wanted fugitives" list. He was the former general manager of Zhuhai Huamei Automotive Brake Industry Co., Ltd., suspected of embezzlement of public funds, and fled abroad in November 1996. In December 1997, Interpol issued a red notice for Liang Jinwen. The investigating authorities have been lawfully investigating his criminal involvement, persistently advancing the repatriation and asset recovery work, and ultimately prompting him to surrender to the authorities.
