Henan will create a port and shipping group to integrate inland river shipping resources.

The Henan Provincial Government Information Office held a press conference on July 29th on "Deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises to promote high-quality development and efficient governance of enterprises." Regarding the reorganization and integration of provincially managed enterprises, Liu Menglian, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, introduced that in recent years, Henan's state-owned enterprises have deepened reforms and continuously strengthened their development momentum. Reorganization and integration are being vigorously promoted. In order to promote the integration of Henan International Cooperation Group with the Natural Resources Group to create a provincial window platform for external opening and cooperation, to promote the integration of Zhongyu Port Group with provincial resources to accelerate the construction of the international land port core area, and to establish the Henan Port and Shipping Group to integrate inland waterway transportation resources and coordinate the promotion of investment and operation integration management.
