According to the Tianyancha App, Walmart Business Retail Co., Ltd. recently underwent a commercial change. Andrew Peter Miles resigned as the legal representative and executive director, and Zhao Chengning took over as the legal representative and director. The company was established in June 2009 with a registered capital of 26 million US dollars. Its business scope includes retail of wooden decorative materials, sanitary ware, paint, etc., and it is wholly owned by Walmart Investment Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that both Walmart Business Retail Co., Ltd. and Walmart Business Retail Co., Ltd. have experienced senior management changes in the past.
