According to the official WeChat account of Meituan, after more than half a year of trial operation, the search volume of keywords related to Meituan and Meituan Takeout App has increased by more than 40% compared to June, since the official launch of the "Raccoon Dining" brand in early July; the overall exposure of Raccoon Dining merchants has increased by 164%, and the order volume has increased by 60%. Meituan stated that the goal of "Raccoon Dining" is to help restaurant delivery achieve better operation at a lower cost, and to explore the path of high-standard food safety management for the restaurant delivery industry. Therefore, Meituan will regularly reward brand merchants who satisfy consumers based on food safety big data, and will also summarize the operational experience and methodology of these merchants, open and share it with the entire industry. We never operate our own business, never compete with merchants, only focus on infrastructure construction, help merchants connect to the necessary resources, leave the traffic, brand, and sales to the merchants, and leave peace of mind, convenience, and quality to consumers.
