The Financial APP of Intellectually Informed Information, REGAL INT'L (00078), Century City International (00355), and Beverly Holdings (00078) have issued a joint announcement. On July 29, 2025 (UK time and before the trading session on July 29, 2025), the seller Sun Moon International Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the tycoon) (as the seller) and Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited (as the seller's guarantor) have entered into a share purchase agreement with the buyer MNX Properties Limited, with a total purchase price of 19.5 million pounds. Under the terms of the share purchase agreement, the seller conditionally agrees to sell and the buyer conditionally agrees to buy the shares at a basic price of 1 pound (adjustable). In addition, as part of the transaction, the buyer will provide funds to the target company after completion to enable the target company to repay the shareholder loan owed by the target company to the seller, which is currently estimated to be approximately 19.46 million pounds. The tycoon agrees to guarantee the seller's obligations under the share purchase agreement. The target company is the sole legal and beneficial owner of the property.
