ST Shengtun Announcement: In order to optimize the power structure, increase energy supply, and reduce operational costs, the Company's controlling subsidiary, Brother Mining SASU, plans to sign a "Investment and Energy Management Agreement for Solar Storage Projects" with Green Energy International Limited. Green Energy International will be responsible for the design, construction, and full investment of the solar storage power station and will provide energy-saving services to BMS. After the completion of the solar storage power station, BMS will absorb 100% of the generated electricity at a discounted price according to the contract during the cooperation period of the project. The agreement proposes a 10-year cooperation period with a phased reduction model, and an estimated total payment of approximately $48.06 million in electricity fees over 10 years.
