Ganfeng Lithium Investment has established two new companies.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Foshan Zhiyuan Juneng Technology Co., Ltd. and Easy Source Energy Storage (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with Song Chunyang as the legal representative, and registered capital of 5 million yuan each. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that both of them are wholly owned by Shenzhen Easy Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. under Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd.
