The American Planned Parenthood Association has warned that the "disastrous" impact of the recent Tax and Spending Bill signed by President Trump will affect nearly 600 of its medical centers across the US, with almost 200 facilities in 24 states facing the risk of closure. The association's president, Alexis McGill Johnson, stated: "We will continue to fight against this cruel law to ensure that all those insured can access critical medical services such as contraception, STD testing and treatment, cancer screening, and others."
