The football corruption series has resulted in 18 people being sentenced.

In recent years, the public has paid high attention to the illegal cases disclosed in the field of football. Today, Wang Xiaoping, former director of the Discipline Committee of the Chinese Football Association, and Liu Jun, former chairman of the Chinese Super League Limited Liability Company, were sentenced. As of now, a series of corruption cases in the football field that began in November 2022 have led to 18 people being sentenced.
