The Zhitong Finance APP news reports that Tie Hua (01029.HK) announced on July 28, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ariva HK Limited, plans to sell 46% equity of Heilongjiang Jianlong Vanadium Industry Co., Ltd. to Heilongjiang Xianglong International Trade Co., Ltd. for RMB 32.2 million. After the transaction is completed, the seller will no longer have any equity in the joint venture company.
