Nanfang Manganese (01091) completed the issuance of a total of 823 million shares of placement shares.

According to the news from the Wise Finance APP, Southern Manganese Co., Ltd. (01091) announced that all the conditions listed in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on July 28, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent successfully sold 8.23 billion shares at a price of HK$0.224 per share to one underwriter, Honor Aim Limited, equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the total number of issued shares of the company after the completion of the placement.
