Guosen Securities announced that the company plans to purchase a total of 96.08% of the shares of Wanhe Securities held by Shenzhen Capital Operation Group Limited, Shenzhen Kunpeng Equity Investment Limited, Shenye Group Limited, etc. through the issuance of A-shares, with a transaction price of 5.192 billion yuan. The issuing price has been adjusted from 8.6 yuan/share to 8.25 yuan/share. In addition, considering the adjustment of dividends for the year 2024, the issuance quantity has been adjusted from 604 million shares to 629 million shares, accounting for 6.14% of Guosen Securities' total share capital after the issuance.
