Wisdom Financial News APP, Hua Zhang Technology (01673.HK) announced that on July 28, 2025, the administrator Yunnan Hengjia Asset Liquidation Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Huazhang (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and the debtor company Baoshan Xinshengtai Paper Industry Co., Ltd. have signed a restructuring agreement. According to the restructuring agreement, Zhejiang Huazhang has agreed to invest a total of RMB 95.6938 million in the debtor company, which will be used to repay the outstanding debts owed to its creditors confirmed, reviewed, and verified by the administrator in the restructuring plan.
