Kaishan Co., Ltd.: Acquires a minority stake in SMGP for $3 million.

Kai Shan Group announcement, its subsidiaries OTP Geothermal Pte., Ltd. and KS Orka Renewables Pte. Ltd. have signed a conditional equity acquisition agreement with PT SUPRACO INDONESIA, to collectively acquire Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power Limited Company held by Supraco with a total of 3 million US dollars in cash. After the transaction is completed, OTP will hold 98.57% of SMGP shares, KSO will hold 1.43% of SMGP shares, that is, the company will hold 100% of SMGP shares. It is expected to have a small impact on net profit for the year 2025.
