Wisdom Financial News APP News, Huaneng International (01102) announced that on July 28, 2025, the company (as the buyer) plans to acquire 60% of the issued share capital of the target company Sapphire Asia Limited from the sellers (Amethyst Asia Limited, Ruby Asia Limited) for a price of 68 million Hong Kong dollars.
