SAC: Since the beginning of the year, 7 new A+H shares companies have been added, and more than 50 domestic companies have listed overseas.

On July 28, the China Securities Association released the June monthly statistical report. The statistical report shows that as of June 30, 2025, there were a total of 5429 listed companies in the domestic stock market, with 2288 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, 2873 on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and 268 on the Beijing Stock Exchange. In terms of share types, there were 5191 companies that only have A shares, 9 companies that only have B shares, and 229 companies with multiple share types such as A+B and A+H. In June, there were 8 new companies listed in the domestic market with a total fundraising amount of 9.153 billion yuan; 1 company delisted. From January to June, there were 51 new companies listed in the domestic market, with 47 in the manufacturing industry and 25 jurisdictions having no net increase in listed companies. Since the beginning of the year, there have been 7 new A+H share companies listed, with over 50 domestic companies going public overseas. In June, there were 1811 Chinese concept companies listed on major overseas markets.
