FV Group: Received a notice of appointment for a seat project from well-known joint venture and independent brand customers.

Fwei Corporation announced that it has recently received designation notices from a well-known joint venture brand and a well-known independent brand OEM to develop seat products for their vehicle models. The project is expected to begin mass production in August and September 2026 respectively, with projected lifecycles of 7 years and 8 years. The total sales amount for the lifecycles is expected to be 1.9 billion yuan and 3.2 billion yuan respectively.
