Typhoon "Zhujiecao" is approaching the waters of Zhejiang Province. Wenzhou Maritime Safety has initiated Level III emergency response measures for typhoon prevention and response in the water.

Typhoon No. 8 this year, "Zhu Jie Cao," weakened to a tropical depression before yesterday and was discontinued. However, after integrating and engulfing surrounding cloud clusters for two days, it re-strengthened into a typhoon last night and moved towards the sea area of Zhejiang. It is expected to move in a west-northwesterly direction at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, with slowly increasing intensity. After research, Wenzhou Maritime Safety Administration launched a Level III emergency response to typhoons at 9 a.m. on July 28th.
