Former Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Agricultural Development Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd., Zhang Anmin, was expelled from the party and dismissed from public office.

According to the Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, with the approval of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, the Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated a case to investigate the serious violations of discipline and law by Zhang Anmin, former Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Agriculture Development Credit Guarantee Co., Ltd. After investigation, it was found that Zhang Anmin had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original intentions and missions, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, resisted organizational inspection; disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations, accepted gifts and money improperly; violated organizational principles, concealed personal matters, did not truthfully explain issues during organizational inquiries, and sought benefits by facilitating the employment of others; breached the bottom line of integrity, improperly held shares of non-listed companies, engaged in paid intermediary activities, lent money to manage and service targets for large returns, engaged in money and sex trades; was greedy, abused power for personal gain, used position for personal gain in project contracting and payment of project funds, and illegally accepted large sums of money. Zhang Anmin seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and personal discipline, constituted a serious violation of duty crimes and suspected bribery crimes, and did not converge or stop after the 18th Party Congress, with serious nature and harmful impact, and should be seriously dealt with. In accordance with relevant provisions of the "Chinese Communist Party Disciplinary Measures," "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," "Regulations on Disciplinary Measures for Public Officials of the People's Republic of China," and other regulations, after the research and approval of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the approval of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, it was decided to expel Zhang Anmin from the Party; the Shandong Provincial Supervisory Commission to dismiss him from public office; terminate his qualifications as a delegate to the 12th Party Congress of Shandong Province; revoke his honorary titles according to regulations; confiscate the proceeds of his violations and crimes; refer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution, and transfer all relevant properties.
