Tanaka Seiki: Holding subsidiary Youfu Intelligent's application for bankruptcy liquidation accepted by the court

Announcement of Tanaka Precision Machinery: The company received Civil Ruling No. Yue3 Po Shen 1000 issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province on July 17, 2025. The court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application filed by the applicant Zhejiang Tanaka Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. against the respondent Shenzhen Youfu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Youfu Intelligent is a subsidiary in which Tanaka Precision holds a 70% stake. Currently, the court has officially accepted the bankruptcy liquidation application. After the court appoints a trustee to take over, Tanaka Precision will lose control over Youfu Intelligent, and Youfu Intelligent will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements.
