Its business scope includes: research and development of new energy technology; manufacturing of new energy prime movers; sales of new energy prime movers; manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, etc. According to the equity penetration shown by QiChaCha, the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Yichun Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium Co., Ltd.
