Affected by heavy rainfall, it is expected that the flow rate at the Su Zhuang hydrological station on Chaobai River in the Haihe River Basin will reach the flood blue warning standard of 490 cubic meters per second from 10:00 to 13:00 on July 28, 2025. According to the "Interim Measures for the Release and Management of Flood Warnings in the Haihe River Basin", the Hydrology Bureau of the Haihe River Water Resources Commission issued a blue flood warning for the Chaobai River in the Haihe River Basin at 9:00 on July 28. Relevant units and the general public along the Chaobai River are requested to closely monitor changes in rainfall, strengthen safety precautions, and evacuate promptly if necessary.
