The Water Resources Commission issued a yellow flood warning for the Chaobai River in the Hai River Basin.

Due to heavy rainfall, it is expected that the flow at the Su Zhuang hydrological station in Chaobai River Basin of Haihe River will reach the flood yellow warning standard of 610 cubic meters per second at around 11:00 on July 28, 2025. In accordance with the Interim Measures for the Release and Management of Flood Warning in Haihe River Basin, the Hydrological Bureau of the Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission upgraded and issued the yellow flood warning for Chaobai River in the Haihe River Basin at 9:30 on the 28th, urging relevant units and the public along Chaobai River to pay close attention to changes in rainfall, strengthen safety precautions, and evacuate in a timely manner.
